Description for "Bryce"

This photograph was taken at Bryce National Park in Utah in December 2021. The day began with heavy clouds and no sign of good light would be expected. Fortunately, when I arrived at the park, the clouds started to break to let sunlight shine on the hoodoos. The whole scene was like a natural studio where the subjects were highlighted with a warm orange spot light that nicely contrasted with the white, cyan, and blue backgrounds, and the moving “spot light” shined on the hoodoos sequentially, as if following a plot written by mother nature.
